How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Plus from your account and you'll find the option to cancel there. You'll keep your benefits until the end of the billing period you already paid for, nothing is cut off immediately.

If you'd rather switch plans instead of cancelling, that's an option too, and the switch takes effect at the start of your next billing period — not right away, and your price only changes once the new plan actually starts (Plus is GH₵150/month, Family is GH₵350/month).
