One flat fee, shown before you connect. Nothing added during or after your visit.
Every provider sets their own consultation fee within a platform-regulated range. You see the exact amount before you confirm anything — it never changes mid-consult or after.
At the moment of matching, we place a hold on your Mobile Money or card — no money moves yet. It only converts into an actual charge once both you and the provider have joined the consult.
If a provider never joins, the hold is released automatically. This is a hard system rule — no support ticket required.
A consult that ends in under about two minutes with no prescription, referral, or note attached is auto-flagged and refunded in full by default — unless the provider documents a legitimate reason, like referring you to in-person care.
SabiDoc consultations are private-pay and entirely separate from NHIS. That keeps pricing simple and predictable, but it also means SabiDoc fees are not an NHIS claim — they're a direct, one-time payment for that visit.
The default experience is fast-match: free, and it stays free. You describe your concern and connect with the next available, verified doctor in that specialty — usually within minutes.
If you'd rather see a specific doctor — browsing by specialty, years of experience, languages spoken, and rating before you book — that's a paid upgrade called Choose Your Doctor. Providers may set a slightly higher fee for bookings where a patient picked them specifically, reflecting the added relationship value. Fast-match isn't replaced by this — it's the free option sitting alongside it.
Payment is Mobile Money-first, with card as an alternative. Fee ranges, platform commission, and no-show policy details are finalized as SabiDoc approaches launch — this page will be updated as those are locked in.
